Well I have to say I have managed to enlist the boy in a 11 week challenge to see who can lose the most weight. (even though I know males always lose weight quicker than females) But it is a challenge and something to get my mind back into the game.

 

Saying that I did put on this week but I know why….

 

So here comes another week…. really going to give it my all this week including buying the wii Zumba game as now its getting colder and darker earlier my walking is out of wack and need something I will enjoy. Well to leave you with a picture of my grapes from today… I really do love fruit :)
